Interactive Agents provide enterprises with the ability to make live or static corporate data accessible on Instant Messaging networks. This data can be accessed using natural language, that is, your employees communicate with the agent as they do with each other in their normal work flow, trading plain-text queries in their native voice. IA translates those requests into actionable system and data calls and returns the information to the user.
