Administrators can configure event-driven Alerts or Broadcasts and target them to the entire enterprise, groups, or to individuals. The IA Alerter and Broadcaster has any communication Channel at it's disposal and alert criteria can be stored persistently on a user-by-user basis. Your work-force can be alerted with static or dynamic information under a variety of conditions. WWW-based tools are provided to configure and manage all enterprise alerts.
